The Houston Street Center has five different seminar and meeting rooms suitable for workshops, seminars, trainings, meetings and special events. Tables and chairs are provided and arranged according to your needs. All seminar rooms are equipped with pull-down projector screen and white-board.

Seminar 1

Dimensions: 30 ft. x 12 ft (335 sq ft.)

Rate: $38/hour for non-profits

           $46/hour for for-profits

Seminar 2

Maximum Capacity*: 15 people

Dimensions: 16 ft. x 14 ft. (245 sq feet) 

Rate: $25/hour for non-profits

          $30/hour for for-profits

Seminar 3

Maximum Capacity*: 20 people

Dimensions: 16 ft. x 14 ft.

Rate: $33/hour for non-profits

          $40/hour for for-profits

Double Seminar 2 & 3

Maximum Capacity*: 35 people

Rate: $48/hour for non-profits 

          $58/hour for for-profits

Seminar 4

Maximum Capacity*: 18 people

Dimensions: 20 ft. x 12 ft. (270 sq feet)

Rate: $38/hour for non-profits 

          $46/hour for for-profits

Dimensions: 9 ft. x 14 ft. (140 sq feet) 

Rate: $25/hour for non-profits
