Performance Space - Speyer Hall Located at 184 Eldridge Street
Speyer Hall, an intimate and historic space located in University Settlement's 
headquarters on Eldridge Street, is available for rent at low cost for performances, lectures and workshops. The Hall is a 35' X 60' fully-equipped theater, with a basic lighting system; PA system; 70 plush chairs on risers; a sprung wood floor; a backstage dressing area with crossover behind a stand-alone white wall ideal for projections; a projector and a baby grand piano. Maximum capacity is 175. We can provide up to a total of 125 chairs. No rosin or hard-soled shoes may be worn.

Hourly Rates
- Performances: $125/hour
- Technical and Dress Rehearsals: $100/hour
- Lectures and workshops: $50--100/hour, depending on size of event
All hourly rates require a four hour minimum for booking.
Rates for tech and dress rehearsals and performances include
- In-house technical staff to operate lighting, sound & video equipment
- An additional room for backstage/green room area
One Week Performance Package
- Exclusive access to Speyer Hall for five (5) hours each performance night (6pm-11pm)
- Exclusive access to Speyer Hall for up to 5 weeknights prior to the performance
- One five (5) hour technical rehearsal
- In-house technical staff to operate lighting, sound & video equipment
- In-house building security staff
- An additional room for backstage/green room area
Package rates depend on number of performances
- One performance: $1,350
- Two performances: $2,000
- Three performances: $2,700
